Data Retention Schedule
How long each category of data is kept and why.

Account records
Kept while the account is open and for 24 months after closure, to handle disputes and re-registration checks.
Payment records
Retained for 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it. We store transaction references, never full card numbers.
Gameplay logs
Round-level logs are kept for 12 months for fairness audits, then aggregated and stripped of identifiers.
Self-exclusion records
Kept permanently in a minimal form (identifier and exclusion date) so that an exclusion cannot be bypassed by re-registering.
Support correspondence
Kept for 36 months, then deleted unless part of an open complaint or legal claim.
