1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Spin Hub you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, hold one account only, use your own payment methods, and be located where social casino play is lawful.
3. Virtual Coins
Virtual Coins are a revocable, non-transferable licence to use in-platform features. They are not property, currency, credit or a stake. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, gifted or exchanged, and are voided on account closure.
4. No gambling, no prizes
Nothing on this platform offers an opportunity to win money, cash prizes, goods or services. Game outcomes have no effect outside the platform.
5. Purchases
Coin packs are optional. Prices include applicable tax and are shown before confirmation. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
No automation, exploitation of defects, reverse engineering, multi-accounting, harassment of other players or staff, or use of the service to promote real-money gambling.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account for breach, suspected fraud, failed age verification or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time; unspent coins are forfeited.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is and may be interrupted for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for coin packs in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes
Material changes are announced in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use afterwards means acceptance.
10. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law governs these terms. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of their country of residence and bring proceedings there.
