Data we collect
Account data (display name, email, date of birth), technical data (device, browser, truncated IP), gameplay data (rounds played, coin balance) and, if you buy a coin pack, transaction references from our payment provider.
Lawful bases
Contract for running your account, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service security, legal obligation for age and financial record-keeping, and consent for analytics and marketing.
Sharing
We share data with hosting, payment and email providers acting on our instructions under written processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.
International transfers
Where data leaves the EEA or UK it moves under Standard Contractual Clauses together with a transfer risk assessment.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@spin-hub.live; we respond within 30 days and you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
Children
We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18. Such data is deleted on discovery.
