When coin-pack purchases can be refunded.

What you are buying
A coin pack is a one-off purchase of digital entertainment content delivered instantly. It is not a deposit, a stake or an account balance you can withdraw.
Statutory withdrawal
EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which you waive by asking for instant delivery at checkout. Where coins are unspent, we refund in full regardless of that waiver.
Discretionary refunds
We refund in full for duplicate charges, undelivered coins, verified unauthorised use of a payment method, and purchases made by an underage or self-excluded account.
How to request
Email support@spin-hub.live within 30 days of the charge with the transaction reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days, and the corresponding coins are removed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback are suspended until it is settled.
