Tools, warning signs and where to get independent help.

Last updated 1 August 2026

Our position

Casino-styled play can be absorbing even without money at stake. We build for sessions that end well: no loss-chasing prompts, no fake near-miss celebrations, and no messaging that frames a purchase as recovering something lost.

Tools you control

Session-time reminders at 30, 60 and 120 minutes; daily and monthly caps on coin-pack spending; a 24-hour to 30-day cooldown; and permanent self-exclusion that survives re-registration.

Signs worth noticing

Playing longer than intended, buying coins to keep a session going, hiding play from people close to you, or feeling low after a session. Any of these is a good reason to use a cooldown.

Independent support

BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org, UK), the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline 1-800-522-4700 (US), and Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org, international) offer free and confidential help.
